Your service technician last night (3/31/11) was the hero for my family. With the terrible wind storms that blew through yesterday, knocking out our power in our neighborhood, we needed to rely on the generator. I was amazed and very grateful that you were so responsive in the terrible weather and sent Matt out late at night. Matt was a wonderful technician and did a fantastic job! We had GenerX locally do the job. Their price beat Charlotte County Generators and their service was impeccable. The difference was the travel charge added by the distant company and their lack of knowledge to the problem.

TO GENERAC CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM,
RECEIVED A SERVICE CALL THE SAME DAY FROM YOUR ELITE DEALER, GENERX. THE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED BY ROB,THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND HIS SENIOR TECH, MATT. THEY MAKE FURTHER CHECKS OF MY SYSTEM AND FOUND DEFECTIVE BRUSHES ON THE ROTOR-STATOR UNIT. THE BRUSHES WERE REPLACED FOLLOWED BY A COMPREHENSIVE OPERATIONAL CHECK. THE PRIMARY POWER WAS DISCONNECTED AND THE GENERATOR PROVIDED FULL POWER TO MY HOME. THE GENERATOR WAS THEN OPERATED FOR TWO FULL HOURS AND NO PROBLEMS WERE NOTED. HOPEFULLY ALL PROBLEMS ARE NOW RESOLVED.
