Pricing shown is the starting monthly rate for an air-cooled generator at ground level and varies by generator type and installation height. This is a recurring monthly service agreement, not an insurance policy or extended warranty.
Every generator warranty, manufacturer, or dealer requires annual maintenance. Ours requires that a Canter technician perform it. Skip a year or have someone else do the service, and the coverage lapses.

Generators must have maintenance performed every year to keep manufacturer and dealer warranties active. Routine annual maintenance also extends the life of your standby generator and detects potential issues early, preventing expensive repairs in the future.
What’s included in an annual maintenance service?
Our technician changes the oil, spark plugs, oil filter, and air filter, updates the controller firmware, checks and services the battery (cleans terminals, tops off fluid), cleans the generator, and tests the ATS and generator to ensure the system is working properly.
Do you maintain generators from other brands?
Yes. We sell and install Generac backup generators and offer cost-effective maintenance services for other manufacturers, including Kohler, CAT, Briggs & Stratton, Champion, Honeywell, and Cummins.
Does a service plan keep my warranty active?
Yes. Our service subscriptions ensure the required annual maintenance is performed by a Certified Canter Technician, keeping your coverage valid and your investment protected.
