Generator Supply Chain Concerns

With the threats and concerns surrounding the Coronavirus, we at GenerX have some concerns keeping up with future demands.

At the moment, we have a tremendous stock level in our three warehouses located in Lakeland, Oldsmar and Punta Gorda. However, because some of the small internal parts of the generators are produced outside the US in South and Central America, Europe, and Asia, we have supply chain concerns that will hold up the production of new generators. We’re already experiencing a halt on products from Europe and Asia for a few weeks now. We may even see truck freight and rail freight within the Continental US come to a halt soon as well.

At the moment, we see no immediate concern for price increases but we all know the laws of supply and demand.

If the installation of a generator is in your near future or you would like one installed for this upcoming hurricane season, we urge you to act now.

At this time, GenerX is honoring proposals no older than 24 months and is still offering the free ten year warranty until 3/31/2020 at midnight.

Don’t forget about the interest free financing options we offer through Synchrony Finance and leasing options through Grand HVAC/TECO. We will of course continue to accept cash, check and all major credit cards.

Please contact your sales person, reply to this email or please email Sales@FixMyGen.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Most importantly, stay healthy and let us know how we can serve you.

"Mark Costis and the Generx team keep my whole house powered in case of city power outages. They have the greatest service and excellent products. With a full tank of propane (250 gallons) I can run my whole house for at least a week. Thanks Mark! A Generx Generator was a great investment!"

"Irma would've been an even bigger nightmare without our generator--it's officially my new favorite thing, and I'm grateful for the work you're doing in the Tampa Bay area."
